The FCTC's public training seminars comprise two distinct master's certificate programs: Cost Estimating, Cost Accounting and Compliance and U.S. Government Contracting. Each program requires the completion of three (3) mandatory core seminars and two (2) elective seminars chosen from several options. All certificate seminar requirements must be completed within three (3) years of the completion of the first seminar.
