Ralph C. Nash Jr., Karen R. O'Brien, Steven L. Schooner and Vernon J. Edwards

Ralph C. Nash, Jr. is a widely recognized author and lecturer in the government contracts field. A professor emeritus of law at The George Washington University Law School, he founded the University's Government Contracts Program in 1960 and served as its director for 12 years. In addition to teaching, he frequently consults for government agencies, private corporations and law firms.

Karen R. O'Brien is the director of publications at The George Washington University Law School's Government Contracts Program. She has formerly served as captain in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, as well as the legal adviser to the principal assistant responsible for contracting in Southwest Asia.

Steven L. Schooner is the associate professor of Government Contracts Law, The George Washington University Law School, and an adjunct professor in the Contract Law Department of the Judge Advocate General's School of the Army. He is a former associate administrator for procurement law and legislation for the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), as well as a former commissioner at the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
